The Darchei horaa program is for Hebrew-speakers who want to combine a high level Kollel experience with effective Kiruv training. Each program runs a 3-year length and provides the students with the tools necessary to become an outstanding leader in outreach. The Kollel is run under Rosh Kollel Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu and students receive rabbinical ordination upon completion of the program.
Students learn in the Kollel during the day and attend classes at the Ner Le’elef center twice a week. The classes prepare the students for outreach work in all areas such as yedios for being rabbanim, leadership training, public speaking, and teaching.
After 3 years, the graduates assume Rabbinic and outreach positions in various countries such as the U.S., the U.K., and France. The students receive a Kollel stipend, with the Ner Le’elef courses included. There is a women’s track as well, with classes once every three weeks.
